We have an excellent opportunity to join our growing & successful client based in North Leeds who are looking for an experienced HR Assistant/ Advisor to work as part of their small HR team. This role would suit someone who is looking to develop their career in HR and is either part or fully CIPD qualified.
This is a Hybrid role 2 days in the office 3 from home, 1 day every 2 weeks will be in another location in the North

Your role
– Providing first line HR support to colleagues
Handling all recruitment and interviewing
Administration for all new starters, setting up on the system and inductions
Absence management
Tracking probation and holding probation meetings
Implementation of new systems and reporting
Training administration
Event organisation
Business support administration The ideal candidate
– 1-2 years HR experience
Experienced in conducting disciplinary meetings
Part or fully CIPD qualified
Keen to learn and develop
