HR Assistant and Administrative Support Jobs in Oakland, CA at El Porteno Empanadas

The Comfort Inn in Blairsville, Georgia is seeking candidates for Front Desk for the 3 PM-11 PM shift only and must work on weekends too for the same shift.

This position is responsible for overall guests’ experience at the front desk and the candidate must have at least a year of experience in hotels and be professional at all the times.
It requires multi-tasking, will always be dealing with people, process cash, credit card and direct billing transactions, Laundry etc.
It requires flexibility during the day, afternoon, night shifts and weekend

some of the duties are listed below but not limited.
– Strong communication and customer service skills.
– Knowledge of basic computer programs
– Keep the front desk and lobby clean.
– Check guests in and out
– Make reservations over the phone or in person.
– Process cash and credit card payments.
– Solve the guests’ issues.
– Help with complimentary breakfast

The pay for these positions will vary depending on experience, which we will discuss during the interview.

This position has very good potential to promote to assistant general manger based on the performance.
