Key Responsibilities:

• Assess front-line HR service needs and inquiries

• Coordinate and facilitate orientation processes for new hires

• Administer employment verification and scan card requests

• Generate necessary reports to support HR functions

• Organize HR office supplies and maintain filing systems

Requirements:

• 1 year of HR-related experience in a unionized environment

• Knowledge of Manitoba employment laws and practices

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

• Post-Secondary degree or diploma in HR or Business preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
