HR Exe Assistant Office Manager Jobs in Singapore – Singapore at HAGEN INTEGRATED PTE. LTD.

** HR’s Scope**:

– Full spectrum of HR including payroll, HR administration, Recruitment & Income Tax related matters

– Perform other administrative matters including updating and maintaining of employees’ records, leave matters, workers’ disciplinary issues; FWL waiver; updating Dormitory

– PPE and OSHAS matters

– Work closely with the respective Hiring Managers for recruitment needs

– Handle onboarding and exit clearance processes for the staff

– Handle the _repatriation _process of resigned staff

– Submit tax clearance for resigned staff

– Coordinate for _training and development _matters

– Handle Company’s WICA insurances and cases Handle staff business trip travelling matters, ordering of staff-related items (i.e get well card, hamper, etc)

** Assistant Office Manager’s Scope**:

– Assist Director/Manager in general office management including ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the office, i.e office administration

– Overseeing general office’s purchasings, ie. diary ordering, replenish approved pantry items

– Assist with basic IT tasks and support

– Organiser for internal Company events (i.e CNY, Prayer, celebrations, etc)

– Review on all Admin/HR procedures/policies

– Handle sensitive, personal and confidential data in a professional manner

– Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as the Company deem fit
