Title: HR & Office admin

Human Resources Management: Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires. Manage employee records, including updating personnel files and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Facilitate performance management processes, including regular performance reviews and goal-setting.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Assist in resolving employee relations issues, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Collaborate with external providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of benefit-related information.
Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance. Coordinate office events, meetings, and other activities to promote team collaboration and engagement. Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures. Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in alignment with legal and organizational requirements.
Communication and Documentation: Maintain clear and effective communication channels within the organization. Prepare and distribute internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and policy updates.
Support the finance team with payroll administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in human resources and office administration roles.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
