Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to the COO, CFO, VP of Support Services & VP of Revenue Cycle to work with our Administration Department.
The incumbent is to provide administrative support to positions listed above. The individual will also perform secretarial duties such as scheduling of appointment, preparing correspondence & interacting with hospital staff, physicians and the general public.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Junior College/Technical School, Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree preferred.
Four years of position-related experience required. The kind of position related experience includes:
Secretarial School Graduate
Typing skill – 80 wpm.
Experience in computer usage required, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Office Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
