Position Summary

Responsible for providing assistance and administrative support of various human resources related duties such as performance management, policy implementation, recruitment/talent acquisition, employment law compliance, talent development/training,employee engagement, onboarding, andproject management.

Responsibilities

System administration, modest configuration, reporting, analytics and user support.

Learning Management System expertise and support (creating learning content, assignments, tracking, user support).

Applicant Tracking System expertise and support (tracking, user support).

Overall and HR Intranet administration includingLeadershipblogs.

Survey administration (Engagement Surveys, Pulse Surveys, Exit Interview Surveys, etc.).

Vendor administration (contract processing, purchase orders, invoice processing, budget tracking).

Maintains office procedures, processes and systems to meet goals for quality, cost-effectiveness,customer satisfactionand confidentiality.

Coordinates and provides scheduling and administrative support for interviews, meetings, training events, workshops, and employee events.

Compose and create general and confidential correspondence including memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, and other items as requested.

Develops and distributes necessary employeecommunicationmaterials.

Maintains employee and other HR data in the system or on forms, either electronically or manually, and performs periodic audits.

Accurately compiles data and assists in preparation of periodic or special projects including reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.

Coordinates and completes projects and tasks as assigned.

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma required

or equivalent required

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred

Experience

1-3 years prior administrative experience required

1-3 years of previous experience in a human resources administrative role preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, and human resources information systems. required
