Overview

Dental Care Alliance is currently seeking a Human Resource coordinator for our Support Center location located in Sarasota FL, 34240. This person will provide assistance with and facilitate the human resource processes at all company locations. Resolves employee’s concerns and ensures effective use of department procedures and positive employee relations. Ensures policies are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Provides administrative support to the human resources function as needed, including record keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry

Responsibilities

Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries and/or requests. Direct HR related inquiries and distribute correspondence to the appropriate team member. Maintain employees’ personnel files. Assist with performance management procedures. Work with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, doctor administration). Produce and submit reports on general HR activities. Assist with adhoc reporting and projects. Maintain I-9 records and file accordingly Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, change in job classifications, merit increases, and tracking PTO.

Document human resource actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records. Monitor unemployment claims by reviewing claims, substantiating documentation and requesting legal counsel review. Maintain accurate and up to date licensure and certification on clinical team members. Foster positive employee relations and perform customer service functions by answering employee’srequests and questions. Process department mail. Other duties as assigned

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment suchas computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
