We are currently seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to immediately join our team and fill the position of Office Representative / Receptionist. Job Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Greet and interact with clients and perspective clients
Manage employee schedules
Manage client appointment calendars
Assist with administrative support for office staff, sales team, and production/installation department
Job Requirements
Previous administrative experience a plus!
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
Customer oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic
Outgoing and positive attitude
Professional presentation and appearance
Punctual nature and natural ability to multi-task
Strong personal organizational skills
General office duties and working knowledge of computers
