We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Reliever to support our Human Resources team starting in July 2026. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support during a temporary staffing period.
Scope of Position
Responsible for handling a wide range of HR support-related tasks, limited but not limited to talent acquisition and portion of compensation and benefits. This position works in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality is crucial.
Job Responsibilities
HR – Talent Acquisition
- Provide high volume recruiting support across Haskell Philippines business units and operation teams, focusing on finding, sourcing, and screening candidates.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader Haskell organization.
- Partner with recruiters to develop targeted candidate profiles that align with the company’s hiring needs.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company.
- Use hiring metrics to develop and execute new and more efficient sourcing solutions, continuously improving the recruitment process.
- Review and analyze relevant talent market data and trends to provide insights and proactively consult with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Expand pipelines through the execution of strategic research, sourcing campaigns via multiple sourcing channels, and leverage feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain data integrity by using internal Applicant Tracking System to track and analyze pipeline activity. Proactively share updates and insights with key stakeholders, leveraging strong communication skills across multiple formats.
- Stay current with the industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Prepare, issue and negotiate job offers.
- Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts, pre- employment requirements and non-disclosure agreements.
- Coordinate the orientation schedule to provide new hires with the basic organizational information and policies.
- Encode new hires into HR systems and company group channels
- Other talent acquisition duties which may be assigned as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- At the direction of the HR Manager and HR & Admin Supervisor, coordinate the enrollment, deletion and administration of health and life insurance benefits with the HR and Admin Supervisor
HR – General
- At the direction of the HR Manager and HR & Admin Supervisor, creates status change memos for team members (full time status, promotion, transfers, assignments, etc.)
- Assist and provide support in company programs, events and initiative of the department
Education/Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business or related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferably in human resource.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications Etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft office skills in Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to maintain confidential information
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Be detail oriented and recognize numbers and spelling in written materials
