Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees across various service lines, ensuring compliance with travel policies
Support mobilization efforts for large groups of employees across different locations
Handle logistical support and back-end administration to ensure accurate cost allocation
Provide administrative support to all HR functions and assist HR Business Partners with employee relations documents
Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy throughout the employee lifecycle
Manage change requests in Dayforce, ensuring proper documentation and data integrity
Respond to employee and departmental inquiries
Administer the Alcohol & Drug (A&D) program, ensuring compliance and monitoring testing procedures
Collaborate with operations to manage the random testing program and understand client-specific testing requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Role Specifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role; HR-specific experience can be taught
Education:
Business degree preferred but demonstrated capacity for high-volume, varied work is essential
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, is an asset
Skills:
Adaptability, Service Mindset, and Attention to Detail are crucial for success in this role.
