The Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) is responsible for the administrative duties and data management for the HR department while working closely with other members of the team to support the overall mission of the Clinic. The HRC will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and will assist the HR Director to carry out responsibilities in the various HR functional areas including but not limited to Compensation, Benefits & Wellbeing, Culture,
Diversity
, Equity and
Inclusion
, Employment Law and Regulations, HR Technology and Talent Management.
The successful candidate will be

A High School Diploma or GED and five years of related HR experience required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred. SHRM-CP or PHR and experience in healthcare preferred. A winning smile is a plus!!!
