We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our New York City office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a productive, efficient, and welcoming work environment. Key Responsibilities
Office Operations:
Manage day-to-day office activities, including supplies procurement, vendor coordination, and maintenance of office equipment.
Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the office space.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to senior leadership and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for employees.
Handle incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, and ensure timely responses.
Team Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Plan and execute team events, meetings, and celebrations to foster a positive work culture.
Assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and providing orientation materials.
