Overview:
We are a B2B business located in Atlanta, Ga. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting, the role is for the following duties, but will not be limited to them only. Additionally, further information will be provided during time of the interview.
Duties:
– Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls promptly
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
– Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
– Assist with event planning and coordination
– Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Skills:
The following skills are required or considered nice-to-have for this position:
– Strong proofreading skills for written correspondence
– Ability to organize and maintain physical and digital files
– Previous experience in data entry tasks with attention to detail
– Excellent customer support skills with a professional phone etiquette
– Experience as a clerk handling administrative tasks efficiently
