Yatooma Law, P.C. is a fully remote, multi-faceted law firm. Our main areas of practice include Commercial Litigation, Legal Malpractice, Business and Corporate Litigation, and Medical Malpractice. We are seeking an Intake Coordinator/Receptionist who can perform a wide variety of tasks as assigned to them.
Flexible work from home options available.
Salary: $10.00 – $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Manage intake of potential clients from beginning to end with attention to detail for information while providing empathetic communication skills
Handle communication with clients and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service while answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
Coordinate and arrange meetings and appointments
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Requirements
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software such as court-filing computer systems.
Outstanding time-management and typing skills.
Previous customer service experience.
Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in legal intakes is a plus.
