Job Description

This position requires a candidate with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 2 years of experience.

Tasks

Coordinate administrative services

Collect and record administrative and service fees

Assist in preparing annual budgets

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Direct and advise staff engaged in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services

Oversee corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the established guidelines

Hire and train staff or coordinate staff training

Manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies

Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
