The Opportunity…
DYS is seeking an Investigator (Human Services Program Administrator 2) to work within our Indian River Juvenile Correctional Facility.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
·    Serve as the liaison between the facility Superintendent and the DYS Chief Inspector’s Office, Ohio Highway Patrol, and other law enforcement agencies in investigative matters
·    Initiates, Inspects, and assists in conducting investigations
·    Monitor youth phone systems, visitation, and other youth activity to proactively address violations
·    Serves as a liaison between the facility superintendent, youth, and staff regarding complaints, allegations, grievances, and other inquires
·    Completes administrative and training duties related to grievance and investigative procedures and policies
