Islamic Research & Dawah Center (IRDC) is looking for IT Officer
Job Description / Responsibility
- Daily IT related task.
- Daily Admin related task.
- Facebook bosting , online marketing related activities.
- Graphic Design and video Editing.
- Arrangement and maintain of student admission.
- Arrangement and maintain online class smoothly.
- Online class maintaining using Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.
- All types of administrative work and other relevant day to day tasks.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with office policies and procedures.
- Active participation and share most common issues, challenges & best practices.
- Monitoring & supervise various issues and report to top management
- Any assignment was given by the top management
- Office Time: 12.00 PM to 8.00 PM with one weekly holyday (Except Friday).
Educational Requirements
- Masters
- Bachelor/ master’s Degree in any Discipline form reputed university
- Madrasah background candidate also may apply if match with our requirements.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Training Institutes, Madrasa
Additional Requirements
- Skills Required: steamered, adobe illustrator, adobe photoshop, adobe premiere, canva.
- Experienced In: Training Institutes, Graphic Design Institutes, Islamic Dawah Center
- Practicing Muslim
- Must have the necessary skills to run the organization successfully.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Candidate must have IT and admin related concepts and experience. Preferable experience in Islamic organization management and full understanding of IT.
- Expert in Bangla & English typing & writing.
- Arabic writing skill will be evaluated.
- Expert in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Expert in Bengali and English type writing.
- Expert in using Streamyard, adobe illustrator, adobe Photoshop, adobe premiere, canva.
