Job Descriptions
- Manage software/hardware and license optimization strategies (cost, function, maintenance etc)
- Handle renewal and invoicing processes
- Conduct analysis and assessment related to software/hardware/license usage
- Support data update and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer science or other related fields
- Minimum 2 years (junior), 3–6 years (middle ), and 6+ years (senior)
- Strong understanding of IT operations, IT equipment, asset management, and quality control
- Experienced in software/license management and cost optimization
- Familiar with ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701 compliance standards
- Experience with Jira automation is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English is mandatory
