🎯 The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Itinerary Assistant to support travel planning, scheduling, and coordination activities. You will assist in creating and managing travel itineraries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients, travelers, or internal stakeholders.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and manage detailed travel itineraries, schedules, and trip arrangements
  • Coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, meetings, and event bookings
  • Communicate itinerary updates and travel information to clients and stakeholders
  • Assist with travel documentation, confirmations, and booking records
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, vendors, and service providers
  • Monitor travel schedules and proactively address changes, delays, or conflicts
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, travel plans, and expenses
  • Support administrative and operational activities related to travel coordination
  • Provide timely assistance and support before, during, and after travel arrangements
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and attention to detail throughout the planning process

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
  • 1–3+ years of experience in travel coordination, itinerary planning, administration, customer service, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online booking platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in travel agencies, hospitality, tourism, event management, or corporate travel environments
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems, reservation platforms, and itinerary management tools
  • Knowledge of international travel requirements, visa processes, and travel documentation is advantageous
  • Experience coordinating group travel, business travel, or executive travel arrangements
  • Multilingual communication skills are a plus
