We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to start their career in an administrative or office support capacity. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and get your foot in the door with an excellent company.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to office staff and team members
• Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist visitors
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and manage conference room bookings
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
• Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and maintaining organized records
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Support data entry and maintain spreadsheets/databases
• Assist with ordering office supplies and monitoring inventory
• Help coordinate small projects, events, or team initiatives
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
• High school diploma required; associate degree or some college preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Pay Range:
$20/hr-$23/hr
