About the role:

We are on the lookout for a Junior Office Administrator based in Barcelona who is willing to go to the office (Hybrid) participate actively in different processes and who is also a great team player.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing and/or supervising payroll processing, including monthly payroll processing and acting as primary point of contact for inquiries and issues.

Supervising operations and functions of personnel, providing support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Administrating employees’ timesheets including holidays and sick leave.

Benefits administration.

Establishing, organizing, and maintaining personnel records, ensuring confidentiality.

Organizing business trips and group activities when required.

Managing the daily functions of the office and maintaining office supplies, such as groceries and stationery.

Managing online banking accounts and setting up payments.

Processing expenses and invoices.

Collaborating with the Finance Director in any ad-hoc global tasks.

Help with HR Admin.

Managing all Health & Safety related documents and training.

Buying IT equipment for employees.

Collection of leavers’ equipment and disable physical and digital access.

Administration of company policies and procedures, in collaboration with Information Security and Compliance Officer.

Support the administrative tasks of ISO 27001 standards across the company.

Qualifications:

High proficiency in English and Spanish.

Background in Accounting/Administration or similar role.

Excellent Verbal Communication.

Fast learner.

Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Proficiency in applications of Microsoft Office 365 and excel.

Able to meet deadlines and targets.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of ES labor law and regulations

Good level of French (B1 minimum)

Knowledge of Dynamics 365
