Job Description:

Conduct research investigating the molecular mechanisms of myotonic dystrophy and muscle regeneration. Major responsibilities include histology, cryosectioning, staining, immunohistochemistry.

Molecular biology including PCR, Western blot, molecular cloning, immunofluorescence, and confocal imaging.

Mouse husbandry, care, and experimentation.

Other assigned duties, as needed, to fulfill the mission of the department and to abide by the values of the College of Medicine.
