Job Mission:
To provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for training initiatives across the retail network. This role is key in ensuring the seamless execution of training programs by coordinating schedules, managing communication, and supporting the L&D team in delivering impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate training schedules, invitations, and venue/logistics arrangements (onsite & virtual)
Manage training-related communications with internal stakeholders (e.g., boutique teams, trainers, regional partners)
Maintain and update training calendars, participant records, and attendance tracking
Support the creation, formatting, and distribution of training materials and post-training surveys
Assist in monitoring learning progress and compiling reports using internal learning platforms
Organize onboarding training logistics for new hires and support boutique training plans
Ensure proper documentation and filing of training records and training related expenses claim and recording
Partner with the L&D team to continuously improve operational efficiency and learner experience
Academic / Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience
1+ years of experience in administrative or coordinator roles
Training/Learning & Development experience is preferred
Work experiences in multinational companies or luxury retail industry is preferred
Required Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and reading skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with POWER BI is a plus
Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for learning, people development, and retail excellence
Flexibility to support ad-hoc projects and training events as needed
High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
