Job Summary
The Lease Administration Manager at Daiso offers real estate assistance for all operational retail stores. Responsibilities encompass lease abstraction, negotiating leases to enhance overall terms, tracking critical dates, collaborating with partners to promptly address issues, and reviewing lease-related payments for adherence to lease terms.
Essential Job Duties
Enhance business terms through negotiation of current store leases
Perform lease audits to verify payment compliance with lease terms
Provide timely assistance for property management tasks
Monitor and track critical lease dates
Ensure accurate abstraction of all leases
Collaborate with Accounting to establish rent payments
Maintain up-to-date certificates of insurance
Required Education, Certifications and Work-Related Experience
Bachelor’s in business administration, real estate, finance, or a related field is typically preferred for a Lease Administration Manager role.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
