We are seeking a qualified candidate with over 5 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant focused on Intellectual Property.
Your role is crucial in preparing documents, managing deadlines, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members, ensuring smooth operations across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with electronic filings and trademark applications
• Prepare correspondence for submission to CIPO and WIPO
• Monitor and manage deadlines for essential submissions
• Create dockets and handle billing processes
• Organize administrative tasks and client information
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Legal Secretarial or Law Clerk Program
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in Intellectual Property
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and practice management tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
