Our firm is currently seeking an energetic, reliable, motivated legal assistant with Estate Planning and/or Estate Administration experience.
Compensation:
$45,000 – $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
High level of client contact
Drafting correspondence
Managing attorney calendars
Scheduling/confirming appointments
Maintaining case notes
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgency
Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented
Skilled at multi-tasking with a high degree of efficiency
Strong communication skills via telephone, email, or in-person
Ability to think critically and proactively, and remain effective under pressure
Problem-solving capabilities with regard to workflow obstacles
Collaborative team player as well as a self-motivated independent agent
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Pleasant demeanor and an outgoing personality with a client service focus
