Full Job Description

Boutique law firm located in West Los Angeles with friendly work environment is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to assist out litigation team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will assist with administrative duties and tasks such as calendaring, filing, corresponding with clients, other law firms and entities. You will also prepare draft pleadings and legal memoranda’s, draft Table of Authorities and Table of Contents writing, editing and organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Must be polite and pleasant with a professional demeanor;

Excellent computer, verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills;

High attention to detail;

Efficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and similar programs;

Team player;

Analytical and problem solving skills;

Flexibility and determination to complete tasks.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with State and federal courts;

Formatting correspondence and pleadings

3+ years of experience as a legal assistant.

WORKING HOURS:

This is a full time position and requires you to be in-office.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
