Position Summary
Tree Care Solutions is seeking a highly organized and professional individual to manage office operations and assist in the daily workflow of the business. This role is vital in keeping our operations running smoothly by handling customer communications, scheduling jobs, managing invoices, and assisting the business owner.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate jobs, ensuring efficient workflow.
Prepare and manage invoices, payments, and other billing tasks.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments, service updates, and payments.
Maintain records of jobs, requests, and customer interactions.
Provide administrative support to the business owner and field teams.
Keep the office organized and running efficiently.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in an office or administrative role (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with computers, email, and scheduling software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing tasks.
