Role Description

Gulati Homes is seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail‑focused Executive Personal Assistant to Directors. This is a work‑from‑home position supporting our Directors across administration, project coordination and pre‑construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct PA support to Directors
  • Manage all pre‑site administration
  • Follow up on emails and outstanding tasks
  • Drive project push‑ups to ensure timelines are met
  • Liaise with brokers, banks, councils and external stakeholders regarding finance and land matters
  • Coordinate the Building Permit process
  • Organise quotes from current suppliers
  • Source and onboard new suppliers
  • Prepare HIA Contracts
  • Communicate with key stakeholders professionally and promptly
  • Produce Purchase Orders, Work Orders and quantity take‑offs
  • Prepare margin reports
  • Request, review and interpret quotations
  • Ensure jobs remain cost‑effective and profitable
  • Assist with workflow management for jobs in production
  • To be considered, you should have:

    • Minimum 24 months customer service experience
    • Previous experience in a similar role (highly desirable)
    • Construction industry experience (strongly recommended)
    • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
    • Professional presentation and communication skills
    • Strong computer literacy: AutoCAD, Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
    • Outstanding organisation and time‑management skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
