Responsibilities:
· Support all administrative duties in the office, ensuring that the office is operating smoothly.
· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
· Perform receptionist duties as needed: greet visitors, answer, and direct phone calls, help clients, vendors, and outside sales team
· Process orders, invoicing and receive payments, update CRM
· Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, manage outgoing mail
Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Cheerful, friendly, helpful attitude, reliable
· Proficient with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google products
