Part time hours 25 – Monday to Friday We are looking for an organised and proactive Lettings Administrator to join our small friendly team. This is a key role within the office and requires accuracy to ensure the smooth running of administrative tasks to help deliver excellent service to landlords and tenants.
• Key responsibilities Managing and maintaining tenancy documentation
• Answering telephone enquiries and booking viewings
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Arranging and occassionally conducting property inspections
• Organising legal certificates to ensure full compliance Charging invoices Dealing with daily maintenance issues and keeping accurate records
• Supporting the lettings team with day-to-day administration Requirements Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a busy environment
• High attention to detail Full clean UK driving licence is essential
• Flexibility to increase hours for holiday cover
