Consilio’s ELS Direct Hire Division is seeking a litigation paralegal on behalf of a law firm in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. The right candidate must be fluent in Florida state and federal filing procedures and rules.
Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Preparing and filing documents with the court.
Organizing exhibits and assisting with trial.
Assist with case management.
Prepare TOC and TOA.
Coordinate and schedule calendars.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
2-5+ years’ of litigation paralegal experience.
