Role Description
Manage and optimize live commerce operations across marketplace platforms by monitoring performance, analyzing key metrics, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution, evaluate host performance, enhance customer experience, and drive continuous operational improvements.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Live Streaming/E-commerce/Customer Experience, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of marketplace live streaming operations (Shopee Live & TikTok Live).
- Knowledge of live stream funnel optimization, including CTR, ATC, and Conversion Rate (CR).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop improvement plans.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiar with CRM, customer service processes, and customer retention strategies.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or reporting dashboards.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrates leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and strong ownership of responsibilities.
