Purpose
and objectives of the role:
To undertake general administration of GRMS files, sufficient monitoring of removals
processes to ensure conducted to the GRMS client contract, customer liaison.
The primary duties shall include, but not limited to:
• Creation of files and input in to the Company data system
• Input of data onto Clients Web based System
• Allocation of job bookings to relevant branches
• Collation, checking of customs paperwork and submitting within Europe
• Arranging freight as necessary from origin country to destination country
• Monitoring of shipment timelines and progress
• Liaising with customers and designated overseas partners
• Assisting with claims managements, responses and reporting
• Invoicing
• Profit/loss monitoring & calculations
• Supporting the Manager & Director with special move projects & coordination
Personal Specification
(Qualifications / Competencies / Skills / Experience)
Full training is provided for this role but candidates are expected to have;
– • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good computer and literacy skills
• Confident & polite communicator, organised, capable of independent work
• Ability and initiative to implement own processes where required
