We are seeking a highly organized, tech savvy Office Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team! In this pivotal role, you will support the daily operations of the Market Center, with an emphasis on agent onboarding, retention, event coordination, calendar management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Experience and Retention

Serve as a primary point of contact for agents, providing concierge-level support to enhance their experience and success.
Coordinate transition and integration plans for new, experienced, and transferring agents.
Proactively support agent retention efforts through regular check-ins, engagement initiatives, and resource sharing.
Assist in showcasing the value of the Market Center’s resources, training, and culture to foster long-term loyalty.

Onboarding and Training Support

Manage the onboarding process for all new agents, including paperwork, tech setup, orientation scheduling, and welcome communications.
Conduct or coordinate one-on-one technology and operational training sessions for new and existing agents.
Maintain updated onboarding materials and checklists to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience.
Assist with scheduling and promoting ongoing training opportunities and classes.

Calendar and Event Management

Own the Market Center calendar, ensuring all meetings, training events, and activities are scheduled, updated, and promoted in a timely manner.
Plan and coordinate agent events including orientations, team meetings, social gatherings, RED Day activities, and more.
Manage logistics for events, including room reservations, invitations, materials, food/beverage orders, and event follow-up.

Operational and Administrative Support

Ensure all Market Center operational platforms are up-to-date and functioning properly.
Maintain organized agent records, rosters, and office files.
Assist leadership with Market Center communications, internal updates, and special projects as needed.
Provide basic technical support for agents using company platforms and tools.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in real estate, operations, administrative support, or training preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with real estate tech platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to continuously learn.
