What’ll You Do:

Contribute to the effective performance of the Compliance Department.
Provide administrative support to the Compliance department projects, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
Coordinate travel, hotel accommodations and presentation material for the Vice President’s meetings and conferences.
Prepare Concur expense reports.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, schedule conference rooms and related functions for compliance team.
Respond and resolve customer service requests in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner for external customers, departmental staff, and other personnel always.
Disseminate quarterly compliance surveys, track responses, and prepare summary reports.
Maintain compliance calendar and track items for completion.
Support with compliance manual reviews (annual updating process and publishing final documents) for Corporate, Life, B/D and Adviser compliance manuals.
Track and file registered representative Outside Business Activities.
Manage mailings, correspondence, HUB and Homefield postings for supported area.

What it takes to join our team:

High School diploma plus 2 years of experience; Associate degree preferred (Business Administration).
High degree of integrity and managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Highly organized, exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, & PowerPoint.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient in managing multiple calendars and scheduling using Outlook Calendar.
