Role Description The Management Trainee Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. Participants will rotate through key departments, support daily operations, and assist in implementing company programs related to futures, forex, and derivatives trading services. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing business data, preparing reports, supporting customer service activities, and contributing to training and educational initiatives for clients and internal teams. Management Trainees will collaborate with senior staff, participate in structured learning sessions, and help improve processes to support the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess program management and basic project coordination skills to support rotational assignments and operational initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support decision-making in trading and brokerage activities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and supervisors in a clear and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and support educational sessions for clients and internal staff.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Interest in financial markets, futures, forex, and derivatives, with a willingness to develop expertise in brokerage services.
- Ability to work on-site in Surabaya, demonstrate integrity, and adapt in a regulated and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with online trading platforms is an advantage.
