Administrative Operations

  • Manage all office administration, ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain asset records, equipment tracking, and document control protocols.

Facility & Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee maintenance and security of office and production facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with utility and facility service providers (electricity, water, housekeeping,

security, etc.).

Vendor & Procurement Management

  • Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment, and outsourced services.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure company compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for licenses, contracts, and agreements.
  • Support internal and external audits

Team & Support Services

  • Lead and manage the admin support team (housekeeping, drivers, front office, etc.).
  • Support HR and Finance in logistics related to onboarding, events, and employee services.
  • Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and local logistics for staff and visitors.

Industrial/Labour safety

  • Monitor and ensure strict adherence to all relevant labour laws, industrial safety

regulations, and government compliance requirements (e.g., Factories Act, OSHA

standards)

  • Formulate, update, and enforce safety policies, SOPs, and emergency procedures in

coordination with the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team.

  • Maintain records of incidents/accidents and lead investigations to determine root causes,

preventive measures, and reporting to statutory authorities.

  • Ensure fire-fighting equipment is in working condition, conduct regular fire drills, and

maintain emergency evacuation plans.

  • Keep accurate records of safety audits, training sessions, MSDS (Material Safety Data

Sheets), and compliance checklists.

  • Liaise with local labour departments, fire services, pollution control boards, and other

statutory bodies for inspections, renewals, and clearances.
