Human Resource Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Manage manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee personal files and HR records.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal, promotion, transfer, and succession planning.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and workforce analytics.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Supervise payroll preparation and salary administration.
  • Monitor employee benefits, allowances, bonuses, and final settlements.
  • Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
  • Manage annual increment and promotion processes.

Administration Management

  • Oversee office administration, security, transport, accommodation, and housekeeping.
  • Ensure proper management of office assets and facilities.
  • Monitor vendor agreements, service contracts, and utility management.
  • Supervise office maintenance and operational support services.
  • Manage administrative budgets and cost control initiatives.

Compliance & Legal Affairs

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, and company policies.
  • Coordinate internal and external compliance audits.
  • Monitor legal documentation, licenses, permits, and certifications.
  • Handle disciplinary proceedings, domestic inquiries, and grievance management.
  • Ensure implementation of workplace safety and code of conduct requirements.
  • Liaise with government authorities, labor offices, and regulatory bodies.

Training & Development

  • Identify organizational training needs.
  • Coordinate employee training, orientation, and development programs.
  • Maintain training records and effectiveness evaluations.

Policy Development & Strategic HR

  • Participate in HR strategy formulation and implementation.
  • Develop organizational structure and manpower budgets.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Support organizational change management programs.

  • Experience: 8-10 years
