Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and

dynamic

professional to

join our team

as the Manager of Administration,

Communication

, and Space Leasing. Under the direct supervision of the CEO, you will coordinate and prepare leasing offers, playing a central role in lease negotiations. You will work directly with clients to finalize contract terms. You will actively participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our spaces, organize tours for potential clients, and maintain strong relationships with our current and future tenants.

Responsibilities:

Compile and analyze leasing data and prepare reports. Communicate with tenants for lease follow-ups and address their needs. Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams. Develop marketing and

communication

strategies on social media. Manage schedules, mail, emails, and filing. Provide administrative support, including meeting planning and calendar management. Assist in lease administration and tenant file management. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative and leasing roles.

Excellent writing and proofreading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook). Good understanding of information technologies. Bilingualism (French and English) both spoken and written. Equivalent combinations of

education
