Our operations are growing, and we're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join the team on a contractor basis, working remotely from the Philippines.
The Role
This is a hands-on coordination role sitting at the intersection of production, supply chain, and contract manufacturer management. You'll own the operational relationship with our contract manufacturers — keeping documentation accurate, stock reconciled, lead times tracked, and communication flowing.

What You'll Be Doing
📄 Production Sheet Preparation Prepare and distribute accurate cut sheet documentation, ensuring every contract manufacturer has the right specifications before production begins.
📦 Stock Management & Control Manage stock levels supplied to contract manufacturers. Process and reconcile all transfers to maintain full inventory visibility and zero unaccounted variance.
⏱ Lead Time & Operations Oversight Monitor production workflows across all contract manufacturers. Identify bottlenecks early and escalate risks before they impact outcomes.
🚚 ETA & Order Management Own end-to-end order management — from placement through to delivery — tracking and communicating accurate ETAs to internal stakeholders at all times.
🤝 Contract Manufacturer Coordination Serve as the primary operational point of contact for our contract manufacturers. Align daily on schedules, stock requirements, and production priorities.
What We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years in operations, production coordination, manufacturing admin, or a supply chain role ✔ High attention to detail — especially in documentation and stock reconciliation
✔ Strong communication skills and confidence managing external supplier relationships
✔ Comfortable working across ERP and order management systems
✔ Able to manage competing priorities independently, without close supervision
✔ Reliable remote work setup with strong internet connectivity
✔ Availability to overlap with Australian business hours (AEST)
