Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. Responsibilities
Payroll, Accounts Payable, HR, Assessing, Meeting Minutes
Manage incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate personnel as needed.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Utilize computer literacy skills to manage office software applications for scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for Select Board
Handle customer support inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
Operate phone systems effectively to ensure clear communication within the office.
Support personal assistant duties as required by management or team members.
Skills
Experience as a medical receptionist is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for effective communication.
Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail is required.
High level of computer literacy with familiarity in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). & Quick Books
Ability to type efficiently and accurately is necessary for documentation tasks.
Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus.
Knowledge of clerical procedures and customer support best practices is beneficial.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
