As our Marketplace Operations Admin, you will be the frontline operational backbone handling high-volume customer interactions and daily store maintenance for Velixir Parfums' online storefronts. Your primary mission is to manage large-scale daily chats, resolve customer complaints efficiently, and maintain high store performance scores by proactively handling order issues and marketplace disputes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily marketplace health, ensure compliance, and proactively mitigate any store violations on major platforms (Shopee and TikTok Shop).
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries, handling ±500 chats per day with speed, accuracy, and empathy.
- Take full ownership of resolving 30–50 customer complaints per day, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Review and respond to product ratings and reviews, with a specific focus on following up and resolving issues for negative reviews.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding stockouts, and archive product listings once items are sold out (Note: Actual stock updates/replenishment will be handled by a separate team member).
- Act as the main point of contact for logistics issues, managing failed deliveries or rejected items, and systematically filing complaint tickets to the marketplace platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Marketplace Admin or E-commerce Customer Service; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience handling high-volume chats are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in handling high-volume operations (e.g., managing hundreds of chats and complaints daily), preferably from beauty, fashion, or FMCG brands.
- Practical knowledge of Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop Seller Center backend dashboards.
- Exceptional patience, emotional resilience, and strong problem-solving skills when dealing with difficult customers or disputes.
- High attention to detail, highly disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict response-time targets.
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period (max. 2 weeks notice period).
