As our Marketplace Operations Admin, you will be the operational backbone handling the day to day execution of Velixir Parfums online storefronts. You will ensure that our digital shops run flawlessly, customer inquiries are resolved with lightning speed, and campaign setups are executed with absolute precision. Your primary mission is to maintain high store operational scores, prevent transactional errors during high traffic product drops, and deliver an exceptional post purchase experience for our massive customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations on major e commerce platforms including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other active marketplaces.
- Deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic customer service by answering product inquiries, handling order tracking updates, and resolving customer complaints.
- Execute precise backend configurations for marketplace campaigns, flash sales, discount vouchers, and product stock updates ahead of major launch dates.
- Monitor incoming orders closely and coordinate with the warehouse fulfillment team to ensure prompt packing and on time shipping schedules.
- Process and resolve product returns, damaged package claims, or delivery disputes with third party logistics partners efficiently.
- Maintain organized digital records of daily sales transactions, inventory availability, and customer feedback reports.
- Conduct regular product page audits to ensure all prices, descriptions, images, and active stock levels are fully accurate and synchronized.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, though relevant experience is heavily preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of solid experience as a Marketplace Admin or E commerce Operations Admin, preferably handling high volume beauty, fashion, or FMCG brands.
- Deep practical knowledge of Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop Seller Center backend dashboards.
- Extreme attention to detail and numerical accuracy to prevent fatal pricing or stock input mistakes during major campaign periods.
- Highly disciplined, responsible, patient, and possesses an outstanding problem solving attitude when dealing with difficult customer situations.
