Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine is a physician-led specialty health care organization whose core business is to provide

evidence-based, individualized treatment services for those suffering with chronic pelvic pain. Approximately 15-25% of men and women suffer from pelvic discomfort. In the US chronic pelvic pain effects 28 million women and is projected to grow to 43.6 million by 2050 according to the NICHD. Currently, chronic pelvic pain accounts for 20% of gynecology visits. Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine has positioned itself at the center of the pelvic pain ecosystem. We are nationally recognized experts dedicated to reducing the number of people suffering from this affliction.

Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine was formed in 2017 and is headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL. Job Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and vendors; oversee patient flow.

Schedule all procedure and follow-up appointments.

Check and verify insurance data on forms, records, reports & correspondence; maintain department records.

Ensure optimal use of the facility throughout all hours of operations. Ensuring patient and physician satisfaction and compliance with systems, policies, and procedures established for the office practice suite.

Establish and implement new procedures to streamline office efficiency, coordinate staff schedules and Team meetings.

Prepare and discuss financial plans with each patient for full transparency of Out of Network Benefits and Fees.

Maintain a quiet and peaceful environment that promotes healing.

Handle all confidential information with discretion and sensitivity, and within the HIPAA Laws.

Other duties as assigned by the department lead/manager

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the medical field.

Associate degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Exceptional customer service background; administrative and clerical ability

Critical thinker, innovative, friendly, compassionate

Excellent communication skills and supervisory ability

Working knowledge of medical and billing terminology

Knowledge of insurance billing processes; experience with medical pre-authorizations
