Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate personnel.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, memos, and other documents.
Coordinate office events and special projects as needed.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with colleagues to support overall office efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
High school diploma.
