Are you an adaptable, high-energy administrative professional looking for a dynamic role in healthcare? A premier ENT practice is seeking a Medical Receptionist who thrives on variety and growth. In this role, you will rotate daily between three core functions:
Patient Check-In, Patient Check-Out, and the Call Center. This position may evolve into a Surgical Coordinator or Medical Billing role.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $20 – $23 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Rotate daily between Check-In, Check-Out, and Call Center duties to support operations; maintain high adaptability, communication, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Patient Coordination: Oversee seamless check-in and check-out processes; greet patients, manage lobby flow, and review provider exit instructions.
  • Financial Duties: Perform insurance verification, collect accurate co-pay, and process daily payments.
  • Communication: Handle heavy phone lines, focus on efficient scheduling, accurate message routing via the EHR system.
  • Call Center & Scheduling: Strategically book appointments for new and established patients; manage outbound reminders and rescheduling.
  • Clinical Liaison: Act as a bridge between patients and clinical staff to provide quick responses to ENT-specific inquiries.
  • Specialty Booking: Coordinate and schedule hearing aid appointments, allergy shots, and audiology evaluations.
  • Regional Support: Coordinate administrative needs across all three sites to ensure consistent clinic operations.
