Sanctum Integrated Health Services is an innovation private practice in Elkton MD who is looking for one admin assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position working 12-24hr per wk. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable person. This position is NOT remote . This position is an entry level with a starting rate of $15/hr. We are willing to train the right candidate in multiple skills to enhance ongoing career growth within the company.
Responsibilities
*Perform day to day task *Field telephone calls *Receive and direct incoming and outgoing correspondence *Maintain and coordinate staff schedules, patient appointments, and calendars *Organize and maintain staff credentialing documents *Make routine call to insurance companies to check eligibility *Collect insurance co-payments *Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials for office events, task, announcement *Maintain an organized filing system for clinical and administrative documents *Maintain practice meeting minutes *Participate in hiring and termination process in collaboration with administration *Place orders for office equipment/supplies based on business needs *Maintain and balance office budget in collaboration with office administrator *Enter pertinent company data into reports in preparation for company meetings *Create email and postal mail campaigns *Mail monthly patient statements and correspondence as directed by office administrator
Qualifications
*Exceptional attention to detail *Ability to organize and create orderly systems *Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing *Excellent communication is Required *Team player is Required *Conflict resolution skills is required ( willingness to obtain additional education) *Working in medical office experience is preferred
