Job Purpose
The Medical Transcriptionist will act as a data Entry Admin and will be responsible for assisting customers with various typing and document processing services in our Occupational Health Medical Centre based in Jebel Ali. The services will involve accurately typing, formatting, and proofreading documents, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and regulations. Exceptional attention to detail, strong typing skills, and excellent customer service abilities are essential for success in this position. Credit Control, reconciliation, protect the business and ensures 100% adherence to Process Manual.
Principal Accountabilities
Understand the government requirements for all related business processes, new applicants, renewals and related processes.
Provide professional and friendly service to customers visiting the typing centre.
Assist customers with typing and document processing services, including typmg and formatting documents, photocopying, scanning, and printing, Ensure accurate data entry and proofread documents for errors and avoid inconsistencies.
Adhere to established governmental guidelines and regulations regarding document processing and confidentiality.
Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support when needed.
Stay updated on relevant typing regulations, requirements, and software tools.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the typing station.
Maintain punctuality and ability to learn
Design and process routine reports as required by the business Maintain typing accounts credentials.
Responsible to administer and control debit entries. Ensure the payments are credited in timely manner.
Addressing the Typing pool related issues.
Attend to Customer Care Calls related to typing and ensures calls are closed and requests are completed.
Minimum Requirements
High School Certificate or preferred Diploma/Degree from a recognized university
1-3 years of work experience in Government services or Administration
Good understanding of Business Administration & financial issues
Good typing/data entry experience
Proficient in written and spoken English
Proficiency with standard business and database software, MS Excel and Word
ICDL certificate is highly preferred
